Bike to Work Miami Valley
Join Drive Less, Live More and the area’s cycling community for a celebration of National Bike to Work Week by ditching your car and heading out to work on your bike. Spread the message that riding a bike can be a healthy, fun and economical alternative to driving a car.
New this year is a regional effort called Bike to Work Miami Valley. Thanks to efforts of many Miami Valley communities, municipalities and businesses, a variety of bike to work events are scheduled May 17 to 21.
The combined efforts of these events will help change the culture and lifestyle in Dayton while enhancing our image as a bicycle friendly region. Dayton was recently recognized as a bronze level bike friendly city by the League of American Bicyclists.
